The Global Standard
A chance conversation with a demanding client late in 2009 planted the seed of an idea that grew into the Leesman Index. Since the deployment of our first employee survey in summer 2010, we have quickly become recognised as providing the largest independent unified workplace effectiveness measurement and evaluation tool.
United KingdomNo. of respondents: 16277 Percentage of database: 56.8 % Locations surveyed: 169
EuropeNo. of respondents: 10683 Percentage of database: 37.3 % Locations surveyed: 57

The Leesman Index is now used by clients and their consultants globally on projects ranging from 80 to 8000 employees. Our database is now the broadest contemporary resource of workplace effectiveness data available.
We continually invest in the design and improvement of our tools to ensure that they consistently deliver industry leading response rates, and statistically relevant and accurate data to inform strategic projects of almost any size, value or diversity.
If you are an academic and would find value in that data in your research, please contact us to discuss how we might be able to help you.
